1. Krzyki.
The most attractive place to live in Wroclaw are Krzyki. Lot's of green and sport areas, park, squares, large aquapark, attractive and luxury resiedential buildings. Very nice communication and secured residential buildings with terraces. Good connection with A4 highway and airport.
2. Stare Miasto. (Old Town Area).
Very nice place to live for people that like to live in central part of the city. Best places to eat/ party, impressive monuments. Favourite part of the city among international students and business travellers. In this area of the city You can find very attactive listings for short and long term rental in impressive and luxury residential buildings (most of them is listed on Airbnb and Booking.com). 3.Fabryczna.
Also nice place to live. Very fast connection with Marketplace, Old Town city area and airport.
4. Śródmieście – pl.Grunwaldzki.
Pl. Grunwaldzki is a place where is located the largest student campus and lot's of foreign companies. Very nice to eye architecture, great communication and nice to live area. Grunwaldzki square is a large traffic point in Wroclaw. Perfect location if You appreciate historic interiors in old style building.

For example in most wanted part of the city (Krzyki) 30m2 studio can be rented by 1000 zł and also for 2000 zł + additional fees paid by tenant. That's why is very important to watch and compare offer on internet.
The agreement should be written with property owner (landlord) or power of attorney (PoA). The deposit usually equals one monthly payment (in small luxury studios about 2000 zl). Remember to sign a contract with one or max two month period of notice. Never sign a contract that You do not understand - You can also ask owner to translate rental agreement into Your language.
