Ideal for people who want to live in the central part of the city – the best places to eat and go out, plus impressive monuments. The agreement should be signed with the property owner (landlord) or their power of attorney (PoA). The deposit usually equals one month's rent (around 2,000 zł for small luxury studios). Sign a contract with a one- or maximum two-month notice period. Never sign a contract you do not understand – you can ask the owner to translate the rental agreement into your language.
